nail down without having to put down a plywood sub floor .
Engineered Flooring – has a
solid hardwood wear layer, constructed from several layers of material, bonded together under extreme pressure. A veneer floor
has the ability to retain timbers’ natural tendency to expand and contract with temperature and humidity variances.
An ideal choice if - you want to incorporate under floor heating or you have an existing concrete floor. This floor is easy
to install by gluing down the tongue and groove.
Laminate Flooring– The top layer is
formed from hardwearing ,melamine laid over highly accurate prints of a huge variety of patterns, around a core layer of high
density fireboard which provide stability. An ideal choice if –
you require a hard wearing surface such as Kitchens or hallways. It doesn’t dent or mark and is low maintenance and
great value.
